It is shaping up to be a pretty miserable weekend weather wise – my most hated combination of too hot and pouring with rain. Ollie cat is not enjoying the thunder and lightening and I’m not enjoying him wanting to sit on my head when I’m already too hot. I can’t bear to shoo him away though as he is too cute!
I was going to pop into town today to do some shopping for my niece’s second birthday but I think I’ll stay here and get caught up on the website and few other things. You will probably be reading this mid week when I post it on social media and wonder why I’m moaning about the weekend weather! I find it difficult to juggle work and the website so tend to prep everything for the week on a Sunday and forget about the website until the next again weekend.
Today’s recipe is a simple little idea for a prep ahead breakfast. I know a lot of you are the same as me and have a lot going on to balance in life so love the prep ahead easy breakfast and lunches. I’ve topped my homemade granola with soft cinnamon roasted apples and dairy free yoghurt – simple but very tasty.
