The final recipe this week is for this super tasty (and easy) BBQ chicken bowl. You can really mix this recipe up and add in any vegetables and/or meat you like. I used onion, peppers and green beans as my veggie choice only because it is what I had in fridge when I made this.
The first time I made this dish I served it with roast potatoes and sesame green beans. This time I served it on a bed of rice – works well either way.
For whatever reason I just couldn’t get this dish to look nice when I photographed it – such is life.
