Morning everyone
It has been a long week. My pooly foot injury has meant I have had to go to the orthopaedic clinic for treatment and physio everyday. I’m really grateful for the amazing care that I always get at the clinic and fingers crossed it will fix the problem. Having Ehlers Danlos Syndrome doesn’t stop me going about my business but it is funny how a little problem can get out of control really quickly.
I thought I deserved a delicious breakfast since I had a sore foot (thats the way my mind works) so I made a peanut butter cup smoothie bowl. If you love the peanut butter cup flavour then I have plenty of recipes from milkshakes to lattes and of course a dairy free version of an actual peanut butter cup.
