This recipe is proper comfort food, absolutely delicious but perhaps not the healthiest! I found the ingredients for this dish at my local supermarket and it if helps I used Tesco gluten free pasta shells, Violife dairy free cheddar style cheese and Alpro soya cream (they also make a rice cream version).
The garlic bread in the picture I made using Tesco frozen gluten free petit pain which I topped with some Pure dairy free spread mixed with oregano and minced garlic. The perfect accompaniment to this dish.
