Hope you are all having a relaxing weekend. My new website is up and running and this is the first post on it, I hope you like it. It will continue to evolve over the next few weeks/months so if you have anything you love and want to see more of please give me a shout.

It’s all very busy here with working on the new website, distributing my book (which is back in stock in 10 days, yippee!), working on my new gluten and dairy free cake book (which will be out for Christmas) and trying to clear my study for hopefully decorating next weekend (thanks Dad!).
Today’s recipe is inspired by a large bundle of yellow and green courgettes that I wanted to make something special with. I used the yellow courgettes to make a tasty relish and I’ll share the recipe for that in the coming weeks. I decided to make a bacon and cheese courgette tart with rosemary pastry, all gluten and dairy free of course. I hope you enjoy it, and you can actually read this post (I’m still getting used to the new site!).
