I’m addicted to the chocolate and pear combination just now – I had dairy free chocolate and pear ice-cream in Rome which was amazing. I’ve recently developed a recipe for my new cook book for a gluten and dairy free chocolate and pear loaf. This time I’ve used the combination for a new flapjack recipe.
