I bake with bananas a lot so sorry if you are not a fan of them and are thinking not another banana recipe! I think they add a great flavour and a lovely moist light texture to cake, it also pairs naturally with cinnamon – another of my favourites.
These little muffins can be made pretty easily and eaten from the oven for a treat breakfast.
