Butter/Margarine Spread Dairy Free Alternatives

DF Spread

All butter and nearly all margarines contain milk, as an alternative I use the Pure range of spreads. Pure make a choice of soya spread, sunflower spread or olive spread. They can all be used for baking, cooking and spreading.

All are free from dairy, gluten and all artificial preservatives. They are high in vitamins A, B12, D and E and contain 72% less saturated fat than butter.
